This includes supporting client accounts, providing counsel to clients, and assisting in new business development to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction with Vero’s services. You are also responsible for business development activities, assisting account managers and directors in pitching and supporting client projects across public relations, influencer engagement, social media, and digital marketing. The role involves developing creative solutions to client challenges and adopting emerging marketing technologies to benefit both the agency and client businesses.Overall, you would be working with a team to meet client KPIs, assisting other teams if needed to generate positive business results for the agency. You would be reporting to your team leaders, regarding:Client ServiceSupport the account lead in managing day-to-day client communication and serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholdersAttend client meetings, stay responsive in team channels, and keep updated on all account activities.Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely support, identifying opportunities to add value, and ensuring consistent service quality.Track and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Maintain a strong understanding of local social, digital and influencer trends to provide up-to-date recommendations to clients.Account ManagementManage influencer relations, content development coordination, media engagement, and event support.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign KPIs and smooth project workflow.Participate in campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting—ensuring all deliverables are on time and meet client expectations.Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, media, and suppliers to support campaign success.ABOUT YOUMinimum of 3 years of experience in a PR or Communications Agency. Experience handling Corporate or Technology portfolios is highly preferred.Solid foundational knowledge and hands-on experience in PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media campaigns.Strong time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.An established network of local media contacts (Tech, Business, and General news), content creators/KOLs, and reliable event/production suppliers in Vietnam.Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
