Operate at the direction of Human Resources to coordinate regional training, culture, and engagement initiatives.

Ensure regional execution aligns with enterprise HR strategy, policies, and standards while remaining operationally feasible. Serve as an HR‑designated liaison to regional operations leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and follow‑through. Identify misalignment between regional practices and enterprise expectations and escalate risks or barriers to HR and operational leadership. Support regional leaders in understanding HR expectations, timelines, and priorities related to training, culture, and engagement initiatives.

Regional Training Coordination

  • Coordinate regional training sessions for leaders (supervisors and above) and support staff, including initial, refresher, compliance, and leadership development programs.
  • Partner with training cadre, clinical educators, and operations leaders to schedule training that aligns with staffing models, service demands, and learning requirements.
  • Manage logistics for in‑person, blended, and virtual training sessions, including locations, instructors, rosters, materials, and post‑session documentation.
  • Maintain a regional training calendar with visibility across stations and leadership teams.
  • Track attendance, completion, and recurrence requirements for mandated training (e.g., clinical refreshers, safety training, leadership training, policy updates).
  • Support accurate documentation of training for audit, regulatory, and contractual purposes.

Project Management & Special Initiatives

  • Manage regional training‑related projects, including rollout of new protocols, equipment training, leadership programs, or system‑wide initiatives.
  • Coordinate pilot programs or phased rollouts across stations or divisions.
  • Monitor timelines, dependencies, and execution risks, escalating issues as needed.

Reporting & Leadership Communication

  • Develop and maintain regional training reports and dashboards, including participation rates, completion status, and trend analysis.
  • Prepare concise summaries and updates for regional operations leadership, HR leadership, and corporate stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps in participation or execution and recommend corrective actions.

Stakeholder Partnership

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for regional leaders regarding training schedules, expectations, and completion status.

Culture and Engagement

  • Implement regional culture and engagement initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and culture building events across multiple sites.
  • Reinforce organizational values through consistent messaging, leader toolkits, and field-based activities.
  • Attend site visits, town halls, and shift based meetings to gather feedback and identify engagement risks.
  • Translate frontline feedback into actionable insights for HR and regional leadership.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve training coordination, scheduling efficiency, and reporting accuracy in a high‑volume, operational environment.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized regional training processes and tools.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, HR operations, training administration, or a related role.
  • Experience working in a multi‑site, shift‑based, or operationally complex environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with HRIS and/or learning management systems (LMS).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in EMS, healthcare, public safety, or similarly regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with EMT and paramedic training cycles, field operations, or clinical education models.
  • Experience supporting compliance‑driven or audit‑sensitive training programs.
  • Comfort preparing executive‑level or operational leadership reports.
  • Occasional travel within the region to support training sessions, meetings, or special initiatives.
