As a Client Advisor within the Singapore Intermediary Business, you will help manage and grow relationships with a broad range of intermediary partners in Singapore, including banks, private banks/wealth platforms, IFAs, insurers, and digital wealth channels. You will promote JPMorgan Asset Management investment capabilities and solutions, deliver a high-quality client experience, and partner closely with internal stakeholders across Singapore, APAC, and global teams to execute commercial priorities.
Job responsibilities
- Report to the Head of the Singapore Intermediary Business and support coverage and growth of assigned intermediary partners in Singapore through disciplined planning, regular client engagement, and effective follow-through on opportunities and requests.
- Articulate JPMorgan Asset Management views and capabilities across asset classes and solutions, leveraging thought leadership and market updates to drive constructive partner conversations.
- Execute go-to-market activity with internal partners (Product, Investment, Marketing, Operations, Legal/Compliance), including campaigns, platform initiatives, education sessions, and client events.
- Coordinate day-to-day servicing needs and ensure timely, accurate responses across all client touchpoints (materials, data requests, operational queries, onboarding support where applicable).
- Provide market and client feedback on the Singapore intermediary and wealth landscape to help refine product positioning, servicing approach, and engagement strategy.
- Maintain strong risk and controls discipline by complying with applicable policies and regulatory requirements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial institutions, with exposure to intermediary/distribution, client advisory, relationship management, or investment product support/sales.
- Solid understanding of asset management products and financial markets; ability to communicate investment concepts clearly to partner audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; able to work effectively across functions and with stakeholders at different seniority levels.
- Highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with Bloomberg and/or CRM tools
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- MAS/CMFAS registrations (where required) or ability to obtain relevant licenses.
- Mandarin proficiency preferred to support Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders in Singapore.
- Professional qualifications such as CFA and/or CAIA are a plus.
