With every bike we deploy, we’re helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.Ride with us into the future – sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!Your MissionAs a Product Manager, you will own the development of our B2B Bike-as-a-Service platform. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Operations and our B2B customers to shape a product that delivers real value to delivery services and fleet operators.Defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer and business needsWorking closely with Engineering and Design teams on new feature conceptsConducting customer interviews and requirements analysis with B2B delivery customersDefining user stories, acceptance criteria and success metrics (KPIs)Driving the product development process from idea to launchAnalyzing the market and competitive landscape in Bike-as-a-Service / MobilityActing as the interface between leadership, sales, operations and the tech teamYour skills and qualificationsSeveral years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B or platform environmentExperience working with Engineering and Design teams using agile methodsStrong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decisionsStrong communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersExperience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion or similarGood German and English skillsNice to haveInterest in mobility, logistics or sharing-economy topicsExperience in mobility, logistics or fleet managementBackground in hardware-adjacent or physical productsWhat you can expect from usCompetitive salary aligned with your skills and experienceHigh ownership and direct influence on product strategyWork on a product with tangible social and environmental impactFlexible working hours and remote/hybrid optionsDynamic environment with short decision-making pathsDiversityCYCLE values diversity and is an equal opportunity employer, providing a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
