Senior Vice President, Full-stack Engineer

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Full-stack Engineer to join our CCE. This role is in New York City, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Programming well-designed, testable, efficient code in scalable client-side and server-side architecture. Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites. Develop flowcharts, layouts, and documentation to satisfy requirements and solutions. Maintain software functionality and currency (technical debt and gain). Actively participate in code reviews. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system. Apply security and privacy principles. Execute full lifecycle software development
  • Facilitate technical discussions and oversee the team's development work
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovating, and continuous improvement
  • Promote engineering best practices to deliver software via rapid iterations and frequent releases
  • Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings and other Agile ceremonies
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to ensure timely delivery across all the systems at the program level.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. - Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10 plus years of full stack technical experience
  • Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot/REST development, including microservices and event-driven architecture implementation
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: Angular, HTML, CSS, JavaScript(3 plus Years)
  • AI coding experience.
  • Experience in test automation development using Cypress, Selenium or similar. Experience with Test-Driven-Development is preferred.
  • Good to have RDBMS.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies, either Sprint or Kanban.
  • Solid grasp of Git, CI/CD, Agile principles.
  • Strong technical and communication skills required.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial services or fintech is preferred.
