What You鈥檒l Do:
- Lead functional design sessions and advise on best practices throughout implementation, acting as a subject matter expert across Coupa modules.
- Support and guide external partners and customers through design workshops, ensuring optimal solution alignment with business needs.
- Drive customer success by delivering best practice configurations and supporting end-to-end deployment.
- Collaborate with Product Management during design reviews to inform product evolution and strategy.
- Travel up to 50% to manage customer relationships and support successful implementation delivery.
What you will bring to Coupa:
- Fluent Japanese with strong business-level English communication skills.
- Hands-on procurement or supply chain experience鈥攅ither in-house or via consultancy鈥攃overing Purchase to Pay; additional experience in Sourcing, Contract or Category Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for complex scenario analysis and decision-making.
- Strong client-facing skills with a track record of guiding customers through successful software implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to configure and present software solutions; prior Coupa or comparable platform experience is highly desirable.
