What You’ll Do

As a Senior Manager, Data Science, you will lead the development of next-generation decision science solutions that power Expense Management growth and customer engagement strategies.

You will:

  • Design and deploy advanced machine learning models to optimize customer targeting, eligibility, and propensity segmentation
  • Drive end-to-end data science solutions—from problem framing and feature engineering to model deployment and performance monitoring
  • Enhance commercial data ecosystems, identifying new data signals and features that unlock incremental business value
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and strategy teams to translate business needs into scalable analytical solutions
  • Influence acquisition and engagement strategies through data-driven insights and experimentation
  • Champion model governance and responsible AI practices, ensuring models meet enterprise risk and compliance standards
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders, shaping decision-making with actionable insights

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics) or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data science, decision science, or advanced analytics, ideally in financial services or a related industry
  • Proven ability to apply modern machine learning techniques to solve real-world business problems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business questions into analytical frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Python, PySpark, and SQL
  • Solid understanding of data mining, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field
  • Experience building and deploying models in production environments
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics, customer targeting, or credit/risk modeling
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
