Technical Service Engineer
- Responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, customer training, and customer application support.
- Responsible for revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Responsible for following up on customer acceptance after new equipment installation.
- Responsible for summarizing customer service cases in the customer service system and creating customer equipment service history records.
- Provide technical services, offering technical analysis for customer equipment failures, identifying root causes, and providing solutions.
- Possess welding application debugging skills and be able to independently complete debugging of medium-difficulty applications.
- Responsible for reporting product issues to the company's internal technical department, assisting in product manufacturing process and design improvements.
- For complex customer issues, be able to independently organize relevant departments within the company to conduct problem diagnosis, develop action plans, and track implementation.
- Maintain customer relationships and continuously improve customer satisfaction with product services.
Who You Are:
- Experience in after-sales service for low-voltage electrical equipment or electronic equipment
For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Automation
- Excellent English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Proficient in office software operation
- Three years or more of technical experience in low-voltage electrical equipment or electronic equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics or electronic circuit diagrams, pneumatic circuit diagrams, and mechanical drawings
