Maintenance Tech II

Bolt Farm, TNFullTime$20–$23/hrPosted Jul 29, 2026

The Company

Bolt Farm Treehouse exists to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationship through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. We are building a distinct brand centered on renewal, reconnection, and emotional transformation - creating beautiful, private environments that help people step out of the noise of everyday life and return to what matters most. More than a place to visit, Bolt Farm is designed to create meaningful change in the lives and relationships of the people we serve.

This is an exciting time to join Bolt Farm. As we continue to elevate the experience and build the team shaping what comes next, we are looking for people who want to do meaningful work inside a distinctive, growing company. For the right person, this is a chance to help build something special - a brand with real momentum, a clear mission, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Your Team

The maintenance team protects the physical experience guests are paying for. Every villa, treehouse, spa, and shared space on the mountain is a private environment built for restoration - and the moment something in it stops working, that experience breaks. This team makes sure that almost never happens, and that when it does, it is handled fast and handled right.

The work spans a wide range of systems across a growing property portfolio: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, spas, gas appliances, and finish carpentry. That range is what makes the seat interesting. You are not assigned to one narrow trade lane, and you are not waiting on a work order to notice a problem.

Your Role

As Maintenance Tech I, you keep the guest experience intact. You walk into a private space, see what is off, and make it right before a guest ever notices it. Some of that is scheduled preventive work and repairs coming through the queue. A meaningful part of it is catching the loose hinge, the cold spa, the weak shower, or the tired paint on your own and closing it out.

This role suits someone who troubleshoots before escalating, works across trades without freezing when a problem crosses categories, and takes real pride in a clean finish and a clean workspace. Bolt Farm is growing, and the standards here are high enough that good work gets noticed quickly. For someone who wants to build a long-term trade career inside a premium brand, there is a defined path from this seat into senior technician and working-lead roles.

Responsibilities

  • Complete residential maintenance and repairs across luxury villas, treehouses, spas, and guest spaces

  • Perform light electrical work: outlets, switches, 3-way circuits, timers, sensors, fans, and CAT6 terminations

  • Troubleshoot 120v/240v residential systems, circuits, panels, motors, and equipment, including safe voltage testing with a multimeter

  • Complete light carpentry and finish work: measuring, cuts, trim, hardware, furniture builds and repairs, and paint

  • Document work orders clearly and solve recurring issues at the root instead of re-patching them

  • Support the wider property team when the mountain needs all hands, from a fallen tree to an urgent guest need
