About the team

The EMEA Talent Acquisition Team at Eaton is a diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative team of around 30+ TA professionals across the region. We work closely together to attract and hire talent that helps Eaton develop more efficient and sustainable power management solutions for a changing world.

The role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant EMEA, you will support recruitment activities across German-speaking or French-speaking markets, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams across EMEA to attract top talent.

You will combine strong recruiting expertise with innovative sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates.

What you’ll do:

  • Conducting extensive Internet and database searches for the purpose of generating candidates for open vacancies as well as for mid to longterm projects. Person must have experience in proactive cold

recruiting methods to generate passive candidates.

  • Conducting phone interviews and contacting potential candidates which are typically generated by research, cold calling and customtailored marketing plans, as well as internal systems.
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system.
  • Supporting internal and external clients with a high degree of customer service.
  • Selling the staffing model internally at all levels of the organization.
  • Addressing, reacting and/or solving unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company.
  • Managing outside third party vendors as the main contact, ensuring that the hiring process is consistentlyfollowed and strong relationships are maintained.
  • Contributing to focused talent attraction initiatives by leveraging German/French language skills, digital and AI enabled recruiting tools, and employer branding activities to strengthen Eaton’s visibility and candidate engagement in the market

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in recruiting, ideally within engineering, manufacturing and IT sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach.
  • Proven ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Interest in digital innovation, AI-enabled recruiting, and continuous improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset aligned with Eaton's culture commitments: Think Big, Act Boldly, and Win Together.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Fluent German or French (written and spoken).
  • An additional third language is an advantage.
