To assist and support the Head of Legal/Legal Manager, to facilitate the development of a solid, professional legal function in Manulife (Vietnam) Limited within the Legal & Compliance Department.
Position Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaint in relation to Legal duties
Handle litigation jobs
Provide legal advices and solutions to the business
Contracts/agreements and internal policies/regulations draft and review
Draft and review policy wording for insurance products, whilst keeping with all relevant legislative developments and legal requirements
Training on legal topics
Communicate and get advice/instruction from regulators (verbal & writing) for the legal matters of the Company
Identifying and mitigation of legal risks in the business and operation of the Company
Report and presentation preparation
Others as requested by the Head of Legal/Legal Manager
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Law, having lawyer practice certificate is an advantage
Minimum >8 years work experience, life Insurance and litigation experiences are preferred
Professional insurance or financial qualifications
Good analytical, resourceful and fast learner
Independent and has the ability to work under pressure
Have good research, communication and drafting, problem solving skills
Proficiency in English
