As a Loan Officer, you will become an expert on Lima One’s entire product suite of Fix and Flip, New Construction, and Rental Property Loans, and have the opportunity to build your book of business through inbound, warm leads and networking events. Our technology is constantly evolving to help you close more deals. What You’ll Do: Lead Management: Build your own book of business through both outbound and inbound prospecting and networking.Customer Development: Responsible for educating prospects and clients about Lima One’s products and determining which will best fit their investment strategy, negotiating loan terms, collecting applications, and updating clients.Relationship Building: Maintain your book of business by nurturing client relationships. Once a lead is assigned to you at Lima, their business remains with you throughout your tenure.Pipeline Collaboration: Work alongside other loan originators, underwriters, and loan processors within Lima One Capital to ensure a top-notch customer service experience for our clients.
