The Enterprise Anti-Money Laundering (EAML) Group is responsible for all aspects of CIBC's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Anti-Terrorist Financing (ATF) program. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll be part of the Insights and Reporting team, where you'll work closely with end users and leaders to design and deliver business intelligence solutions that support informed decision-making. You'll access and analyze large, complex data sets to build meaningful reporting, dashboards, and insights. You'll combine technical expertise with business understanding to translate reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions. In this role, you'll help strengthen how we monitor, measure, and communicate key AML and ATF insights across the business.
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
How you'll succeed

Strategic Insight - Support leadership decision-making by connecting technical analysis with business context and identifying meaningful trends, risks, and opportunities.
Communication and Documentation - Present insights clearly and document processes, requirements, and solutions in a way that's easy for technical and non-technical audiences to understand.
