Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI, agentic workflow, and advanced analytics solutions that enhance Finance decision-making and operational efficiency.
Own digital products end-to-end, from strategy and development through implementation, adoption, ongoing operations, and value realization.
Partner with Finance, Digital Finance, and Data & IT teams to define data requirements and shape the roadmap for next-generation AI and ML-enabled capabilities.
Drive the industrialization of Finance processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable AI, automation, and digital solutions across planning, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives and MVPs, translating business needs into scalable solutions and accelerating enterprise-wide adoption.
Build strategic partnerships across Finance and other business functions to identify synergies, shape the future operating model, and deliver measurable transformation impact.
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
5-8 years of Finance experience within a global, complex organization.
Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and business analytics.
Hands-on experience or strong learning agility with Artificial Intelligence tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, NotebookLM, Gamma, and Synthesia.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Desirable Requirements
Master of Business Administration or equivalent advanced degree.
Project management experience delivering complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 59,100 – 109,700 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
