Position will require up to 80% travel.  Summary: The MEP coordinator will work cross-departmentally to support the successful execution of integrated delivery projects. This role will lead the implementation of equipment delivery, installation, QA/QC testing, and startup support, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Responsibilities:Project Support: Support the management of project schedules, resource allocation, and progress trackingClosely collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Program Managers, Engineering Leads, VP of Delivery, VP of Services, and other stakeholdersContinuously and proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to optimize project outcomesTechnical Expertise: Provide technical support to team members and resolve technical issuesProvide hands on expertise to ensure projects and products are delivered on time, within budget, and with the highest quality standardsSupport the design, installation, and maintenance according to project specifications and industry best practicesQuality Control:Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project requirementsImplement and maintain quality control proceduresIdentify and address quality issues or discrepanciesSupport the attainment of equipment production and delivery schedules from our partners and suppliersSafety:Promote a safety-first culture by adhering to all safety regulations and proceduresEnsure all work is performed safely and responsibly QualificationsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.QualificationsRequired Knowledge/Experience:Field experience in Construction Management or related field, skilled trades, or equivalent experienceMinimum of five years of experience in MEP design, construction, or maintenance, with a strong electrical backgroundA strong understanding of mission critical electrical power distribution systems (eg., generators, UPS, PDU, STS), mechanical systems, and industry standardsAbility to identify and resolve technical and project-related issuesRequired Skill/Abilities:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent oral and written communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, matrix organization – leading, collaborating, following, motivating, and supporting teams effectivelyAbility to cultivate a positive and collaborative team environmentMaintain discretion and confidentialityExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesWork Environment and Physical Demands                                                                    FLSA executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where project requirements and tight client deadlines may require workweeks over 40 hours...
