Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner serves as a strategic partner to business leaders and executives, leading recruitment for highly complex, niche, and business‑critical roles across the organization. This role requires deep market knowledge, advanced sourcing strategy, and the ability to influence senior leadership on talent decisions. The Senior TA Partner drives high‑impact hiring outcomes by leveraging insights and proactive talent advisory practices.

 

Key Responsibilities

 Strategic Talent Advisory & Leadership Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted consultant to Directors, Senior Directors, and executive stakeholders.
  • Advise leaders on market trends, compensation positioning, and hiring risks.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with HRBPs, Finance, and leadership on planning and role scoping.

Full-Cycle Recruiting for Complex & Critical Roles

  • Lead end-to-end recruiting for senior-level, niche technical roles, IT leadership roles, sales leadership, and executive-level searches.
  • Facilitate deep intake discussions tied to business strategy, organizational needs, and long-term talent planning.
  • Influence hiring decisions through structured interviewing insights, candidate assessment, and market intelligence.

Advanced Sourcing & Market Intelligence

  • Build strategic talent pipelines for hard‑to‑fill and future-state roles.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing tools, competitive research, and targeted outreach to engage passive talent.
  • Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with industry‑aligned talent.

Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication

  • Deliver high‑quality reporting, hiring insights, and recruitment analytics to senior leaders.
  • Drive alignment across interview teams and facilitate structured decision-making.
  • Educate stakeholders on hiring best practices and interview effectiveness.

Recruiting Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to TA process optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in strategic TA projects, including technology enhancements, diversity efforts, and interview training.
  • Influence process improvements that elevate the TA function’s impact.

     

 

Qualifications

Required

  • 7–10+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with significant experience supporting senior leadership.
  • Proven success recruiting for IT, technical, sales, and executive-level roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic consultation and influence hiring decisions.
  • Advanced sourcing, networking, and talent intelligence capabilities.
  • Ability to manage high‑stakes, confidential searches with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience recruiting across multiple U.S. locations and functions.

     

Preferred

  • Prior experience in financial services or highly regulated industries.
  • Experience using ORC / Taleo and delivering data-driven recruiting insights.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate environments.
