We're looking for a proactive and organized Compliance & Engagement Lead to ensure regulatory and client compliance requirements are consistently achieved while driving employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, recognition and team morale.

In this role, you'll work closely with Operations, HR, IT, Learning & Development and Client stakeholders to maintain compliance standards, support audit readiness and create meaningful engagement programmes that enhance the employee experience.

What you will do in this role

As a Compliance & Engagement Lead, you will:

  • Drive adherence to client and organisational compliance requirements across the business.

  • Coordinate and monitor annual compliance training to ensure completion within required timelines.

  • Manage compliance-related access controls, permissions and governance activities.

  • Support audit readiness by maintaining accurate records, documentation and compliance evidence.

  • Track, monitor and report on compliance metrics, risks and action plans.

  • Identify compliance gaps and work with stakeholders to implement sustainable corrective actions.

  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  • Plan and deliver recognition programmes, employee appreciation activities and account engagement events.

  • Support communication initiatives that promote employee awareness, engagement and organisational values.

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement.

  • Recommend and implement innovative ideas that enhance both compliance performance and employee engagement.

Your qualifications

  • Experience coordinating training, compliance programmes or governance initiatives.

  • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret compliance data and identify trends.

  • High attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, collaboration and employee experience.
