As a Logistics Analyst for/at Logistic Execution Department you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
- Responsible for performing analysis and maintenance of logistic & transportation transactional data within SLA targets
- Investigate, troubleshoot issues identified with connection to various international contacts
- Identification of opportunities to improve and involvement in continuous improvements initiatives; Proactive problem identification and resolution
- Close cooperation and follow-up with sources of supply (Manufacturing Plants, Distribution Centers) and carriers
- Responsible for escalation of issues as needed
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
- 1-2 years of equivalent work experience
- Foreign Language skills
- Previous experience working with Supply Chain, Transportation, or Logistics. Familiarity with Master Data Management preferred but not required.
- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with operational processes
- Collaborative Team player
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Previous experience working with SAP ERP and SAP TM

This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office.
