Job Summary
The Delivery Consultant is responsible for delivering Oracle NetSuite implementation projects by analyzing business requirements, configuring standard NetSuite functionality, and supporting customers throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role works closely with customers and project teams to deliver high-quality business solutions while ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in Oracle NetSuite implementation projects for customers across Chile and Latin America.
- Analyze business requirements and recommend standard NetSuite solutions.
- Configure, test, and deploy NetSuite solutions based on customer needs.
- Support data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Provide functional consulting and product expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers, technical consultants, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer to customers.
- Follow Oracle Consulting implementation methodologies and project standards.
- 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle NetSuite solutions.
- Solid functional knowledge of:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) – Advanced
- Design-to-Build (D2B) – Purchasing and Inventory
- Record-to-Report (R2R) – Finance
- Projects
- Manufacturing
- Intermediate English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative consulting environment.
- Experience with NetSuite localizations for Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.
- NetSuite SuiteFoundation Certification (preferred).
- NetSuite Administrator Certification (preferred).
