As the Talent Acquisition Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist, you'll lead the strategy, administration, and optimization of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform to attract, engage, and nurture talent pipelines that support our hiring priorities.

In this role, you'll partner with recruiters, hiring leaders, and community organizations to strengthen our employer brand, execute targeted talent marketing campaigns, and create exceptional candidate experiences through innovative engagement strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Partners with Public Affairs to align recruitment campaigns and content with organizational brand standards and enterprise messaging.
    • Translates established employer brand positioning into targeted candidate communications.
    • Coordinates with Public Affairs when using enterprise websites, social media or other organization-wide channels.
    • Follows established brand, editorial and content approval standards.
  • Lead CRM Strategy & Talent Engagement
    • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Talent Acquisition CRM platform.
    • Build and manage talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
    • Develop targeted communication campaigns that engage candidates and strengthen our employer brand.
    • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase candidate engagement.
  • Manage Recruitment Events & Employer Branding
    • Plan and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiatives.
    • Manage event logistics, vendor partnerships, registrations, and follow-up communications.
    • Partner with marketing and Talent Acquisition leaders to increase brand awareness across key talent markets.
    • Measure event success and optimize future outreach strategies.
  • Support Recruiters & Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Partner with recruiters to build proactive talent pipelines that reduce sourcing time and improve hiring outcomes.
    • Provide insights into candidate pools, recruiting trends, and CRM performance.
    • Train recruiters and team members on CRM best practices and user adoption.
    • Ensure candidate communications and engagement activities are aligned with organizational priorities.
       

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations, candidate relationship management, employer branding, and recruitment marketing.
  • Experience planning recruitment events and developing candidate engagement strategies.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize recruiting campaigns.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms (Oracle Recruiting Booster preferred), HR technology, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • A collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
     

Qualifications
 

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Seven (7) years of professional experience in Human Resources, Healthcare, Business Consulting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree may substitute for four (4) years of the required experience.
  • SHRM certification preferred 
  • Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, digital marketing, or CRM strategy.
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Booster or a similar candidate relationship management platform.
