We raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition and Scale AI. Our team comes from institutions like Harvard, Berkeley & Oxford and firms like Optiver, AMD & Palantir (+ICPC, NeurIPS backgrounds).Role Description: As a sales leader at Strala, you will work alongside the CEO and the SVPs to run the full commercial motion - prospecting, discovery, RFP, negotiation, close, and long-term growth. The product already wins on speed, accuracy, and data availability, and market demand is strong; your focus is to turn that demand into accelerating revenue and set the cadence for the next phase of scale. Work with us as we scale this from $XM to $XXM ARR over the next year. Compensation is above market standard: a competitive base, a rich variable plan tied directly to bookings and retention, and an equity grant designed to become truly meaningful as the business grows. You will collaborate daily with the entire team and have the autonomy to pursue, close, and expand the relationships that will define Strala’s growth.
