Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to lead the planning, forecasting, communicating, and execution of approximately $130 million in Supply Chain capital/expense projects. To produce, analyze, and communicate all reporting tied to these projects, and to lead and support numerous people in the field as they navigate the planning, forecasting, and execution processes. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data trends from capital solicitation, capital/expense projects, and unexpected projects from the field locations. This role will evaluate business processes, foresee requirements, discover areas for improvement, and develop optimized strategies solution. In addition, the role requires working closely with Facility Maintenance Teams, DC Service and Support Team, Corporate Accounting, Finance, Service Channel, Procurement, and Vendors in order to ensue any asset acquired is properly maintained, reports, and forecasted.
What You Will Do
- Monitors projects progress by tracking spend, publishing progress reports, and ensuring the project close on time.
- Leads and facilitates the collection and analysis of Cap/Exp project and assets data to support the building of plans and forecasts.
- Communicate plan specifics and progress to leaders up to the VP level.
- Produces variance, trend, and comparison data pertaining to past, current, and future projects and forecasts.
- Tracks data accuracy, identifies budget issues, monitors asset life cycle, and forecasts and models assets and Cap/Exp projects.
- Develops the tools needed to carry out the Cap/Exp budgeting and forecasting to determine the capital assets needs of the business and to assist in the training support of others as they use these tools.
- Sets up vendors on different Lowes application platforms and works directly with them to address any issues encountered with invoice payment, purchase order requisition, and development of work orders.
- Assists other associates across Supply Chain who participates in the purchasing and project execution process.
- Works effectively with leaders, vendors, and other associates in Supply Chain, Finance, ESS, Accounting, Engineering, and Construction at both the SSC and field locations to enhance plans for execution, enterprise level reporting, and process improvement.
- Develops training plans and job aids for DCSS processes and conducts formal training sessions to cover designated material.
- Manage the Capital Solicitation Process.
- Manages the Capital Solicitation Process in ServiceChannel and Spend Management both internally and externally.
- Assists with upgrades to the systems as well as evaluate potential new systems and conducts meetings and presentations to share the information with stakeholders.
- Builds an overall understanding of procedures, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives within Supply Chain .
- Collaborates with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems.
- Understands priorities, deadlines, and expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- or 6 years of experience in lieu of education.
- Years Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, TM1, Spend Management, EAM/7i, EZ Select, and Info Link.
- Years Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Spend Management, and EAM/7i
