The Role

You'll be responsible for generating new business by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers through cold calls, emails, and other outbound channels. Your goal is to create qualified opportunities by understanding prospects' needs, building interest in Metrobi, and scheduling meetings or demos.


What You'll Do

  • Prospect and cold call businesses to generate new sales opportunities
  • Engage decision-makers through phone, email, and other outbound channels
  • Qualify prospects by understanding their delivery operations and pain points
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team (or yourself, depending on the sales process)


What We're Looking For

  • Previous SDR experience in the USA
  • Previous outbound sales, cold calling, or business development experience
  • Courier, logistics, transportation, or food & beverage industry experience is a strong plus
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls every day
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
