As an Advisory - Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Senior Manager, you will lead and manage complex financial due diligence projects, providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients within our Deals practice. You will leverage your skills and experience to drive project success, interacting with clients at a strategic level to deliver impactful results.

As a Senior Manager, you will apply sound judgment and lead large projects, innovating processes to achieve operational excellence. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Your role will involve crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, while validating outcomes with clients and acting on their feedback.

Responsibilities

- Lead Financial Due Diligence (FDD) engagements by analysing financial and non-financial information, identifying key business drivers, risks, and deal implications, and preparing high-quality reports to support corporate and private equity decision-making.

- Manage end-to-end project delivery including planning, budgeting, execution, quality review, and adherence to FDD protocols, while driving efficiency, implementing best practices, and ensuring high-quality service across multiple projects.

- Drive team and client success through strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and collaboration, leveraging analytical expertise, Excel and data analytics tools (Alteryx, Power BI), and supporting recruitment, capacity planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading financial due diligence projects and managing client expectations effectively
- Guiding teams in the strategic planning and execution of acquisition-related financial analyses
- Utilizing analytical thinking to assess financial data and identify potential risks and opportunities
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to facilitate seamless deal management
- Developing and overseeing the deployment of financial management strategies to support client objectives
- Promoting the use of innovative approaches and leading practices in financial due diligence
- Validating data integrity and compliance within financial frameworks
- Identifying opportunities for optimizing financial processes and improving client outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant License, Chartered Accountant, Foreign Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
