Waldorf Astoria Orlandois looking for aFood and Beverage Manager to join the Food and Beverage team! 

Surrounded by Walt Disney Resort, this luxurious Forbes 4-Star property has 502 rooms, 30,000 square feet ofbanquet space, and 7 food and beverage outlets.This includes 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a pool, and in-room dining. 

In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Waldorf Astoria’s lobby lounge, Peacock Alley and new coffee shop, Park Avenue Café. You will be directly managing a team of 15-20 and reporting directly to the Restaurant General Manager. 

The ideal candidate must be an exceptional leader with a passion for creating extraordinary experiences, a talent for training and developing others, and experienced in all aspects of restaurant operations (ex. financial performance, social media reputation, local market capture, and employee relations). At least 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in an upscale dining environment is required. Experience in a luxurious cocktail environment, strong beverage knowledge and experience in a Forbes luxury environment is preferred.

  • Drive operational efficiency: Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
  • Elevate quality and service standards: Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
  • Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing #LI-JP2
