Role Overview

As an iScala Functional Analyst, you will support the implementation, enhancement, and day-to-day functional performance of iScala ERP and related Edge Apps solutions. You will work closely with business users, technical teams, and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into practical system configurations, support deployments, and help ensure reliable processes across key finance and business functions.

What will you do?

  • Lead functional module implementation activities for iScala ERP.
  • Support deployment activities across Build, SIT, UAT, and end-user training.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration and functional design.
  • Design and configure iScala ERP modules and related Edge Apps solutions.
  • Support end users, troubleshoot functional issues, and help resolve system-related concerns.
  • Maintain clear documentation for configurations, business processes, support procedures, and training materials.
  • Support localization, electronic invoicing, advanced taxation, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to source-to-target ERP mapping and data migration activities for iScala-related changes.
  • Work with technical teams on SQL queries and ETL activities connected to iScala databases.
  • Assist with upgrades, testing, and ongoing improvements to the iScala environment.

  • You will balance user support with functional analysis, ensuring issues are resolved at the root and enhancements are aligned to business needs.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.
  • 12+ years of ERP experience specifically with iScala.
  • Hands-on experience with iScala ERP implementation and upgrades.
  • Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes and the ability to convert business requirements into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting testing cycles, including Build, SIT, and UAT.
  • Ability to support end users, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of localization, advanced taxation, electronic invoicing, and financial reporting in an ERP environment.
  • Ability to prepare documentation and work with structured data migration or mapping activities.
  • Relevant certifications in iScala or Epicor ERP systems.
