How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Coordinate the daily delivery of product to the customers at the optimal and sustainable cost of distribution while taking into account legal & operational constraints (compliance with local transportation regulations; product availability; availability of vehicles & drivers...). Provide transport drivers with the planned route, including the loading & unloading points.

  • Administer sales transactions and coordinate product supply, including monitoring shipping volume, partnering with logistics coordinators, communicating supply planning to customers, and supporting supply chain improvement projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals related to safety, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory through ERP transactions, monitor demands and inventory levels, collaboratively identify supply risks, calculate forecast accuracy, process and support orders, provide visibility on inventory status, and monitor supply risks.
  • Maintain compliance with transportation regulations, work cross-functionally to achieve goals, and identify logistics dysfunctions for collaborative improvement.
  • Coordinate Bulk distribution to Clients and filling centers, support optimal inventory levels at clients and plants, and perform demand or consumption analysis.
  • Ensure activity monitoring: Analyze and align costs to optimize the number of vehicles, optimizing routes and frequencies. Contribute to the formation of budgets. Ensure monitoring of key efficiency indicators.
  • Perform accurate and relevant data analysis and propose appropriate adjustments.

Do you have these requirements?

  • Ideally, 7+ years of experience in the area of accounting, business analysis, or operations control, preferably with multinational firms.
  • Knowledge of K-GAAP / IFRS and taxation fundamentals
  • Familiarity with the closing process and ERP systems.
