  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a dynamic, evolving global organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Four or more years of experience in paralegal, corporate legal support, compliance, or professional responsibility roles.

  • Law firm experience strongly preferred, particularly within a professional standards, risk management, general counsel, or corporate legal environment.

  • Strong knowledge of corporate entity maintenance, registered agents, annual filings, and foreign qualifications.

  • Familiarity with attorney licensing requirements and bar admission processes.

  • Experience with compliance tracking, entity management systems, or legal technology platforms such as IntApp is a plus.
