We’re looking for a Team Lead Full Stack Developer to drive end-to-end solution delivery within our PMO department — leading a cross-functional team, shaping architecture, and ensuring high-quality, on-time releases.
As part of our dynamic team, your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Drive the full product lifecycle – from rapid MVP scoping through maintainable production release
- Build responsive, well-crafted frontend components using modern frameworks
- Design and develop robust, scalable backend APIs and databases built for long-term maintainability
- Integrate and manage third-party APIs, ensuring seamless, reliable data flow
- Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (strongly preferred)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into clean technical solutions.
Our ideal candidate possesses the following skills:
- Mid-level+ hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React and/or Vue)
- Strong backend development skills, including API design and database management (PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB; Redis; S3)
- Strong command of Python and Node.js; experience building REST and/or GraphQL APIs
- Proficiency with AWS and Git; comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines
- Daily, practical use of AI coding assistants (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar); understanding of strengths/limitations across tools
- Architecture-focused mindset: scalable systems, clean integration points, long-term maintainability
- Startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and wearing multiple hats
- Experience with data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech (highly desirable)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
