In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
    • Hands-on experience in HMI/SCADA configuration based on Movicon, CIMPLICITY, and iFIX. 

    • Experience in configuring periodic and trigger-based historical reports and trends using SQL and VB scripting in SCADA systems. 

    • Hands-on experience in testing serial and Ethernet communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, etc. 

    • Experience in PLC configuration and development of FBD, Structured Logic, Ladder Logic, etc. 

    • Experience in liquid or gas metering systems will be preferred. 

    • Good knowledge in preparing documentation such as Specifications, Functional Design Specifications (FDS), Control Logic, I/O List, Reports, etc. 

    • Ability to simulate field signals, perform fault finding, and suggest remedies for technical issues and solutions. 

    • Good presentation and communication skills to demonstrate systems to customers and participate in meetings. 

    • Intermediate hands-on experience with ABB, Allen-Bradley, Siemens, and Schneider PLC/SCADA, HMI, Batch systems, and SQL database management. 

    • Hands-on experience with S600+, OMNI, or equivalent flow computers will be an added advantage. 

    • Knowledge of metering calculation verification as per AGA-8, AGA-7, API, or other relevant measurement standards will be preferred. 

    • Skills in liquid proving, gas meter verification, batching systems, etc., will be an added advantage.

 For This Role, You Will Need:
    • Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience Instrumentation/ Electronics 
      Engineering preferably with Scada, PLC, HMI and metering flow computer background. 

    • Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

    • Minimum Qualification – Bachelor’s / Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Instrumentation / Electronics Engineering 

    • Proficient in the spoken and written English language 

    • Proficient with MS Office Tools and modern AI (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, MS Project) 

    • Looking for experience candidate of HMI, SCADA, PLC, Flow computer based Metering preferred.  

    • Experience in any HMI(Wonderware/iFix/Cimplicity/Movicon). 

    • Verify Calculations as per Metering (AGA-8, AGA-7, or API) Measurement standards preferred. 

    • Excellent hands on Experience on PLC/SCADA, HMI, Batch Controllers / Truck or Ship Loading/Unloading Controllers. 

    • Experience on Liquid or GAS, Fiscal or Custody Transfer Metering Knowledge, Provers and Master Meters. 

    • Able to generate Informative data and complete periodic review with Project Manager / Engineering Manager. 

    • Provide idea/Suggestion to improve Test setup for improving quality and save the efforts during FAT. 

    • Ensure Knowledge is shared within the Team.
