We’re a fast-moving, customer-obsessed team driven by curiosity and powered by data. Millions of people bought a Wyze device. Most of them haven't become long-term subscribers yet. That's the opportunity.Wyze has built one of the largest installed bases in consumer smart home - cameras, sensors, lighting, and more in homes across the country. We've earned the hardware relationship. Now we're doubling down on the software and service layer that turns that relationship into something durable: premium features customers pay for, AI-powered experiences they can't get elsewhere, and subscription value that compounds over time. This is a product role at the center of that mission. You'll own the full lifecycle - discovery, build, launch, measurement, iteration - across new premium features, AI-powered capabilities, upsell moments, and retention initiatives. The surface area is large. The upside is real. The work is ambiguous enough to require genuine product judgment, not just execution. If you've built subscription products end-to-end - not managed features, but owned the business outcome - and you understand how to turn engaged users into long-term paying customers, this is the role. What You’ll Do Lead product initiatives from concept through iteration, including: Identifying customer needs, market opportunities, and growth levers Define product strategy and requirements for new subscription features and experiences Partner with design, engineering, data, QA, and adjacent product teams to build and launch Own product performance after launch through measurement, experimentation, and iteration Improve subscription conversion, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance Help shape premium value propositions across software, AI, and connected-device experiences Collaborate across software and hardware teams where product experiences intersect What You’ll Bring We’re looking for someone with strong product judgment, a high ownership mindset, and a deep understanding of how subscription businesses work. 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of subscription or recurring-revenue products Experience leading products end-to-end - from discovery through launch and iteration - including building and shipping AI/ML-powered features and measuring their impact on user behavior or business outcomes. Strong fluency in subscription metrics such as conversion, churn, retention, engagement, and LTV Track record of using data and customer insight to drive product decisions Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, analytics, and go-to-market partners Demonstrated ability to apply modern AI tools in day-to-day work to move faster, improve product quality, and raise the bar for team execution. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Comfort operating in ambiguity and building in fast-moving environments What success looks like In this role, success means you can spot the right opportunities, turn them into product bets, and drive measurable business impact. You know how to balance customer experience with commercial outcomes and, in AI-powered areas, how to balance quality, trust, and cost. You’re thoughtful, analytical, and practical. You don’t wait for the perfect process. You move, learn, and improve. CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $163,000 – $215,000 per year.More about us: Over the years, Wyze earned a reputation for disrupting entrenched categories and delivering products that feel almost too good to be true.
