What You'll Do

• Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and operational leaders to define AI enabled transformation strategies.
• Lead discovery sessions that focus on mission outcomes, operational excellence, and business value before technology.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations connecting finance, operations, planning, procurement, projects, analytics, and AI into a unified business story.
• Become the trusted industry advisor across Life Science, Med Device, Biotech, and Medtech organizations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to create exceptional customer experiences.
• Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, and executive presentations.
• Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences while mentoring fellow Solution Consultants.

Minimum Qualifications

• 7+ years of Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, Operations, Professional Services, or related experience.
• Experience supporting Life Science, Med Device, Biotech, and Medtech organizations.
• Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Procurement, Planning, CRM, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.
• Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
