Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for D365 CE implementations
• Lead architecture design workshops and translate business requirements into scalable solutions
• Design solutions across D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Provide architectural guidance on customizations, integrations, and extensions
• Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and Azure services
• Ensure best practices for performance, scalability, security, and data governance
• Oversee Dataverse data modeling, security roles, and data migration strategies
• Drive Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Establish ALM strategies, DevOps processes, and release management
• Identify risks, define mitigation strategies, and ensure quality delivery
• Mentor technical and functional teams and provide leadership across projects
• Support pre-sales activities (solution design, estimations, proposals)

Required Skills & Expertise

D365 CE Functional & Domain Expertise

• Deep knowledge of: Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
• Strong understanding of: CRM processes (Lead-to-Cash, Case Management, Customer Lifecycle)

Technical & Architecture Skills

• Strong experience in: Dataverse (data modeling, business rules, security model) Customizations (plugins, workflows, JavaScript) .NET, C#, Web APIs
• Knowledge of: Power Platform extensibility
