The Opportunity
As an IT Vendor Performance & PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement of IT service providers and internal partners that contribute to Digital Service Operations (DSO).
You will work closely with IT leaders, Procurement, project teams, and strategic partners to ensure service delivery meets business expectations, contractual commitments, and operational standards. In addition, you will support Project Management Office (PMO) activities, helping coordinate initiatives, monitor progress, and contribute to successful project execution.

Your Responsibilities
Vendor Performance Management
Support the monitoring of vendor and internal partner performance against SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
Maintain and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports.
Identify service deviations, risks, and improvement opportunities, escalating concerns when appropriate.
Contribute to service quality monitoring and operational performance reviews.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Collect, validate, and consolidate performance data from multiple sources.
Analyze trends, recurring issues, and operational risks.
Produce meaningful reports and insights to support decision-making.
Assist in preparing regular performance reviews and executive-level summaries.
Governance & Stakeholder Coordination
Support the preparation and facilitation of governance meetings, including monthly and quarterly service reviews.
Track action items, improvement plans, and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability.
Contribute to maintaining effective communication channels across all parties.
Contract & Service Compliance
Develop a solid understanding of vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance obligations.
Support compliance assessments and ensure activities remain aligned with contractual commitments.
Assist in audit preparation and documentation management.
Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
Help identify operational, performance, and compliance risks.
Support risk mitigation activities and corrective action tracking.
Contribute to the enhancement of performance monitoring processes, governance frameworks, and reporting tools.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement across vendor and service management activities.
PMO Support Responsibilities
Support project and program management activities related to service providers management and IT initiatives.
Contribute to the planning, tracking, and reporting of project deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
Assist in maintaining project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, RAID logs, action trackers).
Help coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
Support resource planning, tracking of dependencies, and alignment across stakeholders.
Provide support in monitoring project progress and highlighting risks or delays to senior team members.
Your Profile
Information Technology or similar. Bachelor’s degree required; advance degree preferred
1-3 years’ experience in IT vendor management, procurement, PMO support (internships included)
Technical & Professional Skills
Understanding of vendor management, IT service delivery, and performance management concepts.
Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, OLAs, and service governance processes.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting or visualization tools is a plus.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.

Hybrid work
The indicative annual base salary range for this position is between €38.000 and €44.000.
