About the Role
The Deal Desk Analyst is responsible for the management and execution of all quote-to-cash activities. This includes a comprehensive understanding of Hyland's product lines, the ability to analyze deal structures, and the expertise to lead them through to execution. This role combines operational precision, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-first mindset to drive sales efficiency and profitability.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Manage all quote-to-cash activities within an assigned vertical, applying deal structure expertise to ensure deals are processed efficiently and structured to maximize sales and profitability.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the Deal Advisory Analyst on deal structure and quoting for standard contracts, while communicating with multiple departments to review and escalate routine issues.
- Review all contractual terms and conditions to verify compliance with internal policies and corporate initiatives, clearly communicating accounting, audit guidelines, and exception management to sales and sales leadership.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to drive assigned contracts and quotes to completion, facilitating timely and seamless handoffs to customer operations with all required documentation.
- Review, investigate, and resolve operational questions and issues for account managers and clients, collaborating with IT to troubleshoot data transmission issues and implement process changes as needed.
- Participate in UAT testing, consistently meet predetermined SLAs, and contribute to process improvements that drive operational consistency and efficiency across the team.
Role Essentials
- Proven experience as a Deal Desk Analyst with a strong understanding of quote-to-cash processes and deal structures.
- Experience in software sales or contract negotiation within the software industry.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects independently to completion.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to engage across departments with professionalism, discretion, and tact.
- Solid knowledge of revenue recognition guidelines and a foundational understanding of software functionality and licensing strategies.

Pay Transparency
10,500 – 11,500 PLN gross monthly (employment contract / umowa o pracę)
