The opportunity
The Site Operational Planning Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating site operational planning activities related to material readiness, site delivery coordination, drop shipment management, and NCR planning follow-up to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. The role will oversee Site Material Planning, Site Material Scheduling, Drop Shipment Planning, and NCR Planning Coordination activities while ensuring alignment between Planning, Warehouse, SCM, Production, Quality, and Project Management teams.
How you’ll make an impact
- Lead and coordinate site operational planning activities to ensure timely material readiness and project execution.
- Manage and support Site Material Planning, Site Material Scheduling, Drop Shipment Planning, and NCR Planning Coordination activities.
- Ensure alignment between site requirements, warehouse operations, material availability, and project priorities.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, SCM, Production, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management teams to support smooth operational execution.
- Monitor site delivery performance, material shortages, shipment risks, and operational bottlenecks, ensuring proper escalation and follow-up.
- Support operational risk mitigation activities related to site materials, NCRs, and delivery constraints.
- Ensure operational planning data, reports, and KPIs are maintained and communicated accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to site operational planning, material coordination, and delivery execution.
- Promote operational discipline, planning governance, and cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.
- Professional certifications in Planning or Operations Management are considered an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong understanding of production planning, material planning, factory load management, and operational execution processes.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Arabic language is required.
