Development (f/m/div) on our Research & Development team, you'll have the
opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the
future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas
to life. Are you in? Your role In your new role you will work with your project
team to develop Si, SiC, and GaN power semiconductor technologies that improve energy efficiency in a wide range of applications, including renewable energies and e-mobility. lead projects from start to finish: clarify objectives, develop and execute project schedules, coordinate the work of your team members, and identify risks to define effective response strategies. credibly represent your team, communicate your project status to various leadership levels, and build relationships with project stakeholders. create and maintain technology specifications that meet future efficiency requirements, identify technology trade-offs, and keep an overview of the wider product and application landscape define design and process experiments for our world-leading power semiconductor fabs, analyze factory-scale data, plan engineering sample verification, and document and report results. go deep into the technical details of your projects , address critical deviations and drive the resolution of cross-functional issues. have the freedom to
explore new concepts and develop innovative solutions for power semiconductor technologies. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in electrical engineering, semiconductor physics, or similar technical field , a PhD is a plus. At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry, ideally in the field of technology development. A proven track record of successfully leading development projects with strong leadership and interpersonal skills as demonstrated by collaborating effectively with multi-disciplinary teams. A good understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development and industrial semiconductor manufacturing. The ability to structure project situations , anticipate problems, make well-reasoned decisions , and follow through on them. An ability to filter and distil relevant information for the right audience and are equally comfortable in a technical discussion or providing a status update to senior leadership.
