This role is responsible for enabling high-performing agile teams, coordinating offshore testing delivery across multiple projects, and ensuring platforms, services, and components are tested to agreed milestones, quality standards, and service levels. The role combines Scrum Master responsibilities with overall test management, working closely with Product Owners, testers, and programme stakeholders in a global, multi-cultural environment.What you’ll do Deliver testing services across projects and workstreams, ensuring agreed milestones, quality standards, and timelines are achievedPrepare and support test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test execution activities in line with agreed standards and service levelsManage and coordinate offshore test delivery for agile teams across multiple projectsSupport the Offshore Product Owner and testers to ensure smooth project delivery and resolution of escalated issuesEnsure accurate project and release-level status reporting for Vodafone stakeholdersCoordinate and moderate agile team ceremonies and participate in programme-level Scrum meetingsReview estimations created by the team during PI Planning and Sprint PlanningSupport the team’s progress towards sprint and programme goals by removing impediments and reinforcing team rulesPromote SAFe quality practices and support adoption of agile ways of working across the teamCoordinate with other agile teams and contribute to organisational effectivenessFacilitate preparation and readiness for Agile Release Train eventsSupport closure of stories, features, enablers, risks, and issues in scopeContribute to knowledge management, lessons learnt, and continuous improvement of testing methods and approachesReview and support key client-facing programme deliverables created by programme managementWho you are You have 4 to 6 years of experience in test management across telecommunications environments or as a Scrum Master in large agile projectsYou hold SAFe Scrum Master certification or similar relevant certification, with ISTQB being advantageousYou have experience in Behaviour-Driven Development and Acceptance Test-Driven DevelopmentYou have strong knowledge of end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end telco systems, including CRM, fulfilment, care, sales, billing, and customer communication journeysYou have experience testing software in cloud and local environments using tools such...
