Job Details
Responsibilities:
Accurately research and resolve contract pricing and chargeback claims in a timely manner.
Review and reconcile customer resubmissions, assigning tasks to chargeback processors as needed.
Utilize advanced Excel skills, including v-lookup functions, to validate data and ensure accuracy.
Process and validate deductions, credits, and resolve open chargeback variances.
Maintain internal productivity and tracking logs; generate reports as requested.
Review credit balances for resubmission repayments and centrally track related research.
Manage chargeback case volumes in Salesforce, adhering to corporate record retention policies.
Participate in customer and client calls to address and resolve contract or chargeback variances.
Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable (AR) team and other functional groups to resolve open deductions and provide necessary support.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Work Experience:
2+ years of experience in cash application, accounting, or a related field required.
Education:
Requires broad training in fields such as business administration or accounting that generally can be obtained through the completion of a two-year degree or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
