Maintenance Technician
Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance activities in compliance with OSHA and safety standards
- Install, repair, and maintain equipment such as motors, pumps, gearboxes, and mechanical drives
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Repair or replace components including relays, switches, circuit boards, and motors
- Adjust, align, and calibrate machinery for optimal performance
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
- Document maintenance work and equipment performance in tracking systems
- Communicate equipment status and updates to production and leadership teams
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment following 5S standards
- Support a wide range of maintenance activities as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree or technical training preferred
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to document work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and move throughout the facility
- Ability to handle tools, equipment, and machinery components
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration
