Managing Editor (NetSuite & Oracle)
About the Role
Oracle is seeking a Managing Editor to support high-impact content programs. Part content editor, part content traffic manager, this role ensures editorial quality and AI and search discoverability while also moving content efficiently from draft to publication.
Key Responsibilities
Content Editing & Quality Assurance

Edit and proofread enterprise content including articles, web pages, and white papers.

Edit content to conform with Oracle style guide and legal/compliance requirements.

Improve clarity, structure, scannability, and messaging for various audiences.

Collaborate with AI discoverability/SEO strategists to incorporate insights into editorial updates.
Content Traffic & Workflow Management

Own content intake, routing, and prioritization using project management tool

Manage timelines, dependencies, approvals, and status reporting across cross-functional stakeholders

Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Act as a central point of coordination between content creators, SEO teams, product marketing, legal, and web teams

Support campaign goals and large-scale content initiatives by aligning schedules and deliverables

Maintain clear documentation and communication across distributed teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in content editing and content operations in an enterprise or B2B SaaS environment
Strong experience using enterprise work management tools for content workflows
Intermediate understanding of SEO fundamentals, including search intent, on-page optimization, and performance metrics
Exceptional editorial skills with a strong eye for detail, structure, and consistency
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise back-office (ERP, HR, SCM, etc.) cloud software content
Familiarity with content tools and editorial workflows
Experience supporting global, multi-stakeholder marketing teams

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
