Extend the sales and marketing activity of Client Performance Strategies (CPS) to achieve sales and revenue goals of the department and increase the value proposition of Allied Solutions with clients, prospects and the Field sales force.

Through Performance Consulting, this position is responsible for selling CPS supported products and services that help client organizations grow their culture, maximize POS revenue and attain strategic goals. Sales opportunities are managed independently and/or in tandem with Field personnel.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform new sales activities to contribute to CPS sales and revenue goals

  • Perform Diagnostic calls with CPS prospects, as assigned.
  • Provide Solutions presentations to move sale forward.
  • Develop and deliver proposals to prospects/clients.
  • Manage overall sales process when leads received from the Field.
  • Prospect for new leads/opportunities outside of approved CPS Prospect List.

Perform client support activities to contribute to CPS sales and revenue goals

  • Maximize current client CPS relationships by proactively scheduling regular meetings to sustain results and maintain profitable partnership. These meetings may cover:
  • Metrics updates
  • Recommended next steps to maximize culture growth
  • Tools to align with annual strategic goals and priorities
  • Presentations to new leaders in the organization
  • Communicate new offerings to current clients.
  • Initiate referrals from current satisfied clients.

Increase the visibility of CPS internally at Allied Solutions and as Thought Leaders in the industry

  • Participate in industry or regional webinars or speaking engagements, upon request.
  • Contribute to CPS marketing plan with Director, Product Manager and Marketing Manager.    
  • Assist with various Allied special projects, as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):

  • 2 – 4 years previous applicable experience with internal or external sales.
  • High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Comfort level making presentations to C Level audience.
  • Experience in financial services industry required.
  • Strong internal and external communication skills.
  • Communication and project-management skills to immediately gain credibility with Field and Regional Management.
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently (entrepreneur), take initiative, multi-task and follow projects through to completion.
  • Organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to ever changing environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel (by car and plane) with overnight stays on a regular basis.
