As a Sr. Director, National Sales Training & Enablement, your impact is vital. You will help shape the success of donor recruitment teams across the country by creating the training, coaching, and development strategies that strengthen performance and support blood collection goals. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a national training and enablement function that directly influences employee growth, team effectiveness, and mission outcomes.
In this role, you will develop and implement programs that help teams build skills, improve performance, and adapt to changing business needs. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, solve challenges, and create learning experiences that drive measurable results. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who enjoys building programs from the ground up, developing people, using data to guide decisions, and creating solutions that can be scaled across a national organization.
What To Expect:
Salary: $128,939.20 - $192774.40 Annually
The salary offered will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

You will get to:
Build and lead a national training and enablement strategy that supports donor recruitment goals and business priorities.
Design onboarding, learning, and development programs that help employees succeed and grow.
Create coaching tools and performance support resources that strengthen individual and team effectiveness.
Develop leaders by enhancing coaching, accountability, performance management, and team development skills.
Use data, performance metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities and improve results.
Partner with leaders across donor recruitment, operations, marketing, and workforce management to align development efforts with organizational goals.
Support the successful rollout and adoption of new programs, systems, and processes.
Oversee learning technologies and digital learning approaches that enable consistent development across multiple regions.
Lead and develop a team dedicated to training, coaching, and performance improvement.
Help create a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
10+ years of experience in donor recruitment training, enablement, learning & development or related fields.
5+ years leading enterprise or multi-region donor recruitment enablement programs
Experience designing scalable learning and performance programs across distributed teams
Strong strategic thinking and program design capabilities
Knowledge of adult learning, coaching, and performance enablement principles
Strong facilitation, communication, and influencing skills
Ability to analyze data to drive performance improvements
Strong project management and execution skills
Ability to lead change and influence cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel (25%+)
