 We are looking for a Development Engineer to join our team. This is a technical operations development engineer to contribute to production infrastructure, platforms, and/or service improvements.

Description:

Follows general guidance to maintain production infrastructure, platforms and services. Works with other teams in the organization and participates in the design review of new, scalable solutions for fast changing environments with limited supervision. Supports the execution of deep drill down analysis into production support operations and implements necessary fixes. Investigates errors and triages issues to determine resolution. Builds and implements small to standard enhancements to resolve defects. Contributes to production infrastructure, platforms, and/or service improvements. Contributes to the design, development, configuration, implementing, of enterprise supporting systems. Contributes to server architecture and networking solutions. Conduct simple code and architecture reviews and resolves simple performance and scalability issues to improve products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Production Infrastructure:
-Follows general guidance to maintain the production infrastructure, platforms, and services which support the growing client base as well as to support the design and implementation of highly scalable environments. 
-Works with other teams in the organization and provides solutions for their needs. 
-Participates in the design review of new, scalable solutions for fast changing environments with complex needs in various fields (e.g., configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging) with limited supervision.
Troubleshooting, Testing, and Improvements-Drilldown Analysis/Troubleshooting:
-Supports the execution of deep drill down analysis into production support operations and implements necessary fixes. 
-Investigates errors, debugs source code and performance bottlenecks, and provides root cause analysis (RCA) if needed with assistance from others. 
-Triages issues and connects with SMEs to determine resolution.
Troubleshooting, Testing, and Improvements-Testing and Improvements:
-Builds and implements small to standard enhancements (e.g., automating alerts) and receives minimal guidance to resolve defects. 
-Globally works with cross functional teams to ensure service health with pre-production testing of new releases, post-change validation, and automation work to improve the testing. 
-Contributes to changes, evolution, improvements, simplifications, and development of new ideas for the production, platforms, and/or services. 
-Participates in the creation of user acceptance test plans.
System Design and Architecture-System Design:
-Contributes to the implementation and deployment of enterprise supporting systems with minimal guidance. 
-Works with limited external or internal customers to implement large scale solutions, business process architecture, application system design, and implementation.
System Design and Architecture-System Architecture:
-Contributes to the identification of solutions in experience of application or server architecture and networking. 
-Participates in the development of part of the architecture standards and practices.
Product/Service Development:
-Supports the design, development, and enhancement of new and existing products and services from inception and design through business feature requirements with minimal guidance from others. 
-Conducts simple code and architecture reviews of the products and services. 
-Resolves simple performance and scalability issues related to products and services.

-Identifies and addresses issues, escalating problems to senior staff as needed in accordance with standard procedures. Compiles and reviews data and/or information from multiple sources to troubleshoot standard and non-standard errors.

-Seeks opportunities to gain knowledge and learn new skills and/or tools aligned with industry trends and best practices. Utilizes feedback and training to improve skills. Participates in a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement:
-Implements updates to processes, protocols, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness as directed with some guidance. Contributes to ideation for future process improvements.

Requirements:

• This role is open to Israeli nationals only.
• This role will involve the successful applicant working on public sector projects which may require security clearance being obtained and maintained as a condition of employment. Candidates applying for this role must be willing to provide necessary personal details for the application and maintenance of necessary security clearance.
• 3+ years of experience in application of server architecture, system administration, software development, cloud application delivery, operations, or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related field preferred
