Job Description
As a Security Officer Patrol Response Driver in Titusville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to support a dynamic environment while demonstrating Allied Universal values through agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

- Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at an aerospace and defense billing location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident reports.
- Observe and report unusual conditions, suspicious activity, and facility concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least one year of security-related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- Be able to lift up to 20 pounds, preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
