As a Clinical Sales Specialist – Flanders, you will take on a highly visible field-based role supporting hospitals and healthcare professionals across northern Belgium.
In this role, you will operate at the intersection of clinical expertise, customer partnership, and commercial impact. You will become a valued point of contact for surgeons and operating room teams, helping them use our solutions with confidence while strengthening customer relationships and contributing to growth across the territory.

How You'll Create Impact
• Provide expert clinical and technical support during surgical procedures
• Partner closely with surgeons, OR teams, and hospital stakeholders to support safe and effective product use
• Deliver engaging product and clinical training tailored to customer needs
• Support live cases, product evaluations, and educational initiatives on site
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships and become a trusted clinical partner in the field
• Contribute to account growth by identifying opportunities and supporting commercial success across the territory
• Coordinate effectively around case planning, logistics, and customer service needs
• Maintain high standards of compliance, quality, and documentation in all activities

Your Background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Clinical or commercial experience within orthopedics and/or medical devices
• Strong understanding of anatomy, surgical workflows, and the hospital environment
• A solid level of clinical expertise is highly preferred
• Fluent Dutch is essential, strong communicative English is important, and French is a strong advantage
Travel Expectations
• Frequent travel across the assigned territory
• Territory coverage across northern Belgium
• Valid driving licence required
