Life at UiPath
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
Your Mission
Own and drive successful renewals, retention, and expansion across UiPath enterprise customer accounts. You will partner closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, Channel, Solution Engineering, Finance, and Legal to protect recurring revenue, improve renewal predictability, and help customers realize more value from the UiPath platform.
What you will do:
Own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of enterprise and commercial customer accounts, ensuring accurate forecasting and high on-time renewal rates.
Retain and grow subscription revenue by identifying renewal risks, resolving commercial blockers, and positioning relevant UiPath packaging, pricing, and platform expansion opportunities.
Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build renewal plans 90-180 days ahead of expiration.
Manage renewal quotes, proposals, order forms, contract terms, procurement discussions, and internal approvals.
Provide strategic renewal portfolio insights by analyzing renewals up to eight quarters in advance, identifying revenue trends, churn risks, timing considerations, and expansion opportunities to support proactive account planning and forecast accuracy.
Identify expansion opportunities across UiPath platform capabilities, including automation, orchestration, AI/agentic automation, document processing, process intelligence, testing, and cloud deployment options.
Support customer migrations from legacy packaging or licensing models to current UiPath offerings.
Maintain accurate Salesforce records, renewal forecasts, pipeline updates, next steps, and risk status.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Channel/Distribution, Solution Engineering, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal to deliver a seamless customer renewal experience.
Act as a trusted commercial advisor to customers by connecting business outcomes, usage, adoption signals, and renewal decisions.
Meet or exceed renewal, retention, expansion, and forecast accuracy targets.
What you will bring to the team:
5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, customer success, sales, revenue operations, or commercial account ownership in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
2+ years managing enterprise or strategic customer renewals, preferably in automation, cloud, AI, data, infrastructure, or workflow software.
Strong understanding of SaaS renewal motions, ARR, GRR/NRR, churn risk, expansion pipeline, procurement cycles, and contract negotiation.
Proven ability to manage a high-volume renewal portfolio while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Comfortable negotiating with procurement, legal, sourcing, and business stakeholders.
Strong executive communication skills and ability to translate technical platform value into business impact.
Experience with Salesforce; LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CPQ, Clari, Gainsight, or similar tools preferred.
Familiarity with UiPath, RPA, enterprise automation, AI automation, or workflow orchestration is strongly preferred.
Self-directed, commercially curious, and comfortable working across multiple internal teams to drive deadlines and outcomes.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
