Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing and expanding customer baseCommunicating ETAs with CustomersWorking with Driver's Managers to load every truck in the planning zoneTeaming with Sales Department to create and maintain customer base within your planning zoneWorking with all departments to ensure a GREAT experience including tendering of the load to completion of accurate billingQualificationsBachelor's Degree from a 4 year accredited college or university (Preferred)Microsoft Office knowledgeExcellent written and oral communication skillsMust be detail oriented, ability to multi-task, and have a great interpersonal skills1-3 years of experience in transportation, operations, or safety is a plus!Additional InformationAs a full-time employee, you are eligible for all benefits, including Health.
