The opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team. This role will support senior finance business partners in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to various business units, contributing to sound decision-making and operational efficiency.
How you'll make an impact
* Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
* Support business units with financial planning, variance analysis, and performance monitoring.
* Develop and maintain financial models to analyze business trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and understand business drivers.
* Prepare presentations and reports for management, summarizing financial performance and recommendations.
* Participate in financial closing activities and ensure accuracy of financial statements.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and reporting tools.
* Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as required.
Your background
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar analytical role.
* Prior experience in auditing is considered an advantage.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:
- Starting from: 32200 € gross
The final offer will be based on candidate location, skills and qualifications, experience, and aligned with internal pay structures.
