The Role

The Role
- Design and execute platform-specific digital assets across key retailers and channels (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, retail media, paid social, owned platforms)
- Interpret brand strategy, campaigns, innovation launches, and portfolio priorities into clear digital design execution
- Produce best-in-class static assets, modular components, and basic motion/animation (GIFs, short video)
- Adapt and extend digital-first creative systems while maintaining brand consistency and equity
- Support innovation storytelling across power devices, systems, and oral care solutions
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
- Strong foundation in digital design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, color, composition)
- Experience designing for digital-first formats and platforms
- Ability to translate brand and innovation direction into clear, compelling digital visuals
- Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and basic motion tools
- Ability to work fast, iterate, and respond constructively to feedback
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience
- Work on a globally recognized, innovation-led brand
- Gain strong exposure to marketing strategy and decision-making
- Be part of a growing in-house digital design studio
- Build capabilities across eCommerce, retail media, and performance-driven design
